1. Access & Login

How do I log in to my partner account?

Each establishment has a single account to access the platform.
When your establishment went online, you received a e-mail invitation with your login details and a connection link.

Simply enter your professional e-mail address and your password to access your space.

💡 Tip: tick “Remember me” if you use a secure work computer, to avoid having to log in each time.

If you have not received your login details, first check your file “Unwanted mail / Spam”.
If you still can't find anything, please contact our technical support team directly at the following address:

We will check your account and send you your access details as soon as possible.

2️⃣ Enter the e-mail address associated with your school account.
3️⃣ You will immediately receive a secure link to create a new password.

💡 Advice : choose a strong password containing at least 8 characters, a capital letter, a number and a symbol.

No.
Each establishment has a only official account, assigned to the person responsible (management or HR).
This account allows you to :

  • Manage the establishment file (text, photos, HR details)

  • Publish, modify or delete your job offers

  • View applications received

💡 If several employees need to access it, use a generic e-mail address of your establishment (e.g. rh@monhotel.ch or direction@restaurant.ch) shared only between authorised managers.

Here are the best practices to adopt to protect your account:

  • Use a strong, unique password, different from your other services.

  • Only share your login details internally.

  • Log off after use on a shared computer.

  • Avoid sending your access details by unsecured e-mail.

The partner area of YourCransMontana.ch is compatible with all mobile devices.
From your smartphone or tablet, you can :

  • Update your offers

  • Modify your establishment details

  • Delete or republish an advert

💡 Tip: for a better experience, choose Google Chrome (Android/Windows) or Safari (iPhone/iPad).

2. My establishment

How do I create my school's details?

Each partner creates their own school's details directly from their account.
Once you have logged in to your partner area, click on “Establishments” in the left-hand menu, then on “Add a school”.

Then fill in the following fields:

  • 🏨 Name of establishment (e.g. Hôtel La Prairie)

  • 🖼️ Logo (transparent PNG or high quality JPEG format)

  • ✏️ Short, clear description (3 to 5 sentences maximum)

  • 👥 Type (hotel, restaurant, spa, activity, etc.)

  • 📧 HR contact details (e-mail, contact telephone number)

💾 Then click on Publish - your details will appear immediately on the site.

You can update your details at any time.
1️⃣ Log in to your partner account → Connection
2️⃣ Click on Establishments → select your file
3️⃣ Click on Modify
4️⃣ Adjust the fields you wish to update (text, photos, HR contact, benefits, etc.)
5️⃣ Click on Update

The changes are published immediately after registration.

To ensure that your file is complete and attractive from the outset, prepare :

  • ✅ Your logo (PNG or JPEG format, minimum 500 px wide)

  • ✏️ One brief description (maximum 600 characters)

  • 📧 The HR contact details (e-mail and telephone number of the recruitment manager)

💡 A complete profile gives candidates more confidence and attracts more applications.

4️⃣ Import the new images from your computer

📸 Tips for beautiful images :

  • Minimum recommended size: 1600×900 px

  • Format: JPG or WEBP

  • Avoid photos that are blurred, dark or contain text

Yes 🌍
The website YourCransMontana.ch uses a machine translation (TranslatePress).
This means that your texts are automatically translated into German, English and Italian as soon as they are published.

💡 You can consult your translated files at any time by changing the language in the site menu.
No manual action is required.

3. Job offer

How do I publish a new job offer?

You can create an offer directly from your partner area.
1️⃣ Log in to your account: Partner login
2️⃣ Click on Job offers in the side menu
3️⃣ Select Add an offer
4️⃣ Fill in all the fields on the form:

  • Job title (e.g. Server-se 100 %, Receptionist, etc.)

  • Type of contract (seasonal, year-round, internship)

  • Activity rate (e.g. 100 %, 80 %)

  • Season / period (e.g. Winter 2025/26, Summer 2026)

  • Languages required

  • Job description (missions, profile, benefits, etc.)

  • Staff accommodation (yes / no)

  • Associated establishment (choose your card)

  • HR e-mail address for applications

  • Main image (photo of workplace or team)

💾 Click on Publish to put the offer online.
It will be immediately visible on the site and in search results.

By default, an offer remains visible until you manually remove it.

💡 Tip: remember to keep your old offers in “draft” form so you can use them again next season!

To ensure the quality and legibility of bids, the following fields are required:

  • Job title

  • Image d'illustration
  • Associated establishment

  • Type of contract

  • Activity rate

  • Job description (tasks, profile, benefits)

  • HR contact e-mail address

Without these elements, publication will be blocked by the system.

You can modify your job offers at any time without having to unpublish them.
1️⃣ Log in to your partner area.
2️⃣ Click on Job offers.
3️⃣ Select the offer to be updated.
4️⃣ Click on Modify.
5️⃣ Adjust the content (text, photo, conditions, contact, etc.)
6️⃣ Click on Update.

Changes are immediately visible on the site.

You can easily duplicate an old offer to avoid having to re-enter everything.
1️⃣ Go to Job offers.
2️⃣ Hover over the offer concerned.
3️⃣ Click on Duplicate (or “Clone” depending on the version).
4️⃣ Open the copy and update :

  • La season (e.g. Summer 2026 instead of Winter 2025/26)

  • The dates and availability

  • Any changes to the HR contact

💾 Click on Publish, and your new offer will be online.

You have two options:

  • 🗑️ Delete permanently :
    1️⃣ In the list of offers, click on Litter bin.
    2️⃣ Confirm deletion.
    → This action is irreversible.

  • 👁️ Temporarily unpublish :
    1️⃣ Open the offer.
    2️⃣ Change the status to Draft.
    3️⃣ Click on Update.
    → The offer disappears from the site, but you can republish it later.

Applications sent via the site arrive directly to the HR e-mail address indicated in your offer.
Each message contains :

  • Le candidate's name

  • Sound e-mail and telephone

  • Sound motivational message

  • Sound CV attached (PDF)

💡 Check your “Spam” folder regularly, especially after a new publication.

Yes.
When editing an offer, scroll down to the “HR Contact” and change the e-mail address.
All new applications will automatically be sent to the new address.

Yes, of course.
There is no no limit the number of offers you can publish as long as they relate to your establishment.

Go to the :

You can also copy the direct link to your offer and share it on your networks or website.

4. Applications & HR Management

How are applications submitted?

When a candidate applies via a vacancy on YourCransMontana.ch, his application is :
1️⃣ Securely registered on the (CV and covering letter stored in the database, accessible only to central administration).
2️⃣ Sent automatically by e-mail to the HR address indicated in your offer.

The e-mail contains :

  • Le candidate's full name

  • Sound motivational message

  • Sound e-mail and telephone

  • Le link to files (CV and letter)

💡 If necessary, the site administrators can find a lost application or check a submission.

Applications are sent directly to the HR e-mail address you have indicated in your vacancy.
They are not not visible from your partner area for reasons of confidentiality.

However, the YourCransMontana.ch keeps an internal copy (CV + message) for traceability and support purposes.
In the event of loss or doubt, we can return the application to you on request.

No.
Candidate files (CVs, letters, messages) are kept on file. restricted access and are only visible to the site administration team.
Schools receive all relevant content by e-mail, with links to the documents.

💡 This ensures security and compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).

Applications are kept on the site for 12 months maximum once received, and then automatically deleted from the system.
This period allows :

  • Check that e-mails are properly transmitted

  • Dealing with deletion requests

  • Keep a record of any technical problems

After 12 months, all files (CVs, letters, messages) are automatically deleted server.

💡 The e-mails you receive can be stored according to your own internal policies, but it is advisable not to keep them beyond the current season.

If a candidate or an establishment wishes to have an application deleted immediately (for example, in the event of an error in submission), simply send a request to :

We will then delete the application from the system (database + attached files) within a maximum of 48 hours.

All applications arrive at your HR address: you can reply directly.
We recommend :

  • Send a rapid acknowledgement of receipt (even automatic).

  • Give feedback to unsuccessful candidates after selection.

  • Be transparent about response times.

💡 Good follow-up reinforces the image of your establishment with seasonal workers.

Each application automatically generates an e-mail notification sent to the HR address entered in your job offer.
This message contains the candidate's main details and a secure download link for their files.

💡 If you receive nothing, check :

  • Your file Spam / Unwanted mail

  • The HR address given in the offer

  • That your offer has been “Published”.”

Yes.
As applications are sent to your e-mail inbox, you can forward them to a colleague (manager, head of department, etc.).
Simply remember to delete unnecessary duplicates after processing to avoid prolonged data retention.

No, not directly.
Only the platform administrators can access the history of applications for technical assistance.
If you need a follow-up or verification, contact support and we will find the application concerned.

Here's what you need to check:

  • Your offer is active (“Published” status)

  • Your HR address is correct and up to date

  • No spam filter to block incoming messages

  • Your inbox is not full

We can check the logs and confirm whether any applications have been received on the server side.

All application files are kept 12 months maximum, and then deleted automatically.
Only administrators have access to these files during this period.

  • Solve any technical problems

  • Responding to deletion requests

  • Maintaining RGPD / LPD compliance

💡 No data is shared, resold or used for commercial purposes.

To comply with legislation :

  • Regularly delete applications from your inbox once the season is over.

  • Do not transfer applications to unauthorised third parties.

  • Do not keep printed files.

  • Inform candidates if you wish to keep their file for a future season.
