Chef de Partie within the culinary team preparing dishes for Restaurant FIVE, the Guarda Golf Lounge, Bar Les Alpes, Room Service, banquets and events.
Main mission
Prepare, cook and present dishes in your speciality.
Manage and train any demi-chefs or commis working with you.
Assist the sous chef and head chef in developing new dishes and menus.
Ensure you and your team maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Monitor portion control and waste to maintain profit margins.
