Chef de Rang in the team that manages the FIVE Restaurant, Guarda Golf Lounge, Les Alpes Bar, Room Service, banquets and events.
Main mission
The chef de rang assists the catering manager and looks after a group of tables for which he/she is entirely responsible. He/she is responsible for everything that happens before, during and after the customer's meal. He/she sets the tables, arranges the space and ensures that the service runs smoothly. He/she is assisted by assistants or trainees, but it is often the most delicate tasks, such as advising on wine, that fall to him/her. After the meal, he/she is also responsible for presenting the bill and collecting the money.
Profile required
Passion for the restaurant and hotel business. Experience in luxury hotels. Motivation and personal commitment to the job. Discipline, ability to listen, willingness to learn, positive attitude. Quick and efficient.
