Commis de cuisine within the culinary team responsible for preparing dishes for Restaurant FIVE, Guarda Golf Lounge, Bar Les Alpes, Room Service, banquets, and events.
Main mission
You will contribute to the development of classic cuisine dishes for breakfast service, the Lounge, Room Service, and banquets. You will also collaborate with our specialised chefs in developing dishes for our restaurant FIVE, with its Levantine sharing cuisine concept. Assist the Chefs de Partie. Carry out mise en place. Prepare dishes in accordance with current recipes and quality standards. Adhere to hygiene rules and HACCP standards. Clean and tidy.
Profile required
Organised, Rigorous, Flexible, Very good interpersonal skills, Teamwork, Versatile, Dynamic, Ability to manage stress, Open-minded. Experience in a similar role in luxury 5* hotels or gourmet restaurants.
